On the ground floor: open plan kitchen/living room. One large bedroom containing a double bed (fitted wardrobes, hairdryer) and a second bedroom with two single beds (fitted wardrobes). The bathroom is also situated on this floor. Patio doors situated in the living area lead onto a balcony which contains some seating and overlooks the golf-course. From this balcony you will find a staircase leading to the second floor. Second floor: Roof-top balcony/solarium with views of the golf-course on one side and the pool on the other. There is also a patio-dining set here as well as a barbecue. The third, very large, bedroom is situated on this floor and also has a double bed (fitted wardrobes). Villa includes: Air conditioning, satellite/cable TV, Video recorder and Hi-Fi. All linen is provided, but you are required to bring your own towels!
