Our little house is most welcoming, the surrounding country walks are spectacular and as you might guess it is particularly good for unwinding from city stress. There is nothing but nature around us and we are immediately opposite a stunning olive grove where the little owl's live. The house is studio type but is fully equiped apart from the washing machine which you would be very welcome to share in our external utility room. The price includes bed linen, towels and electricity. It is fully air conditioned and also has an electric imitation log-fire. There is also a home cinema with USB connection and it admits most type of files from MP3 to Jpeg. The TV is in Spanish although most channels allow you to change into the original version of films, series and documentaries which are mostly in English. From today (12th Jan. 2010) we have installed all the free to air British channels, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc. There are also games like chess, ludo, cards etc. There is a full bed and the sofa also turns into another full bed. The house is within our large plot of land but absolutely independent from us meaning you have your own private garden (which we are working on as the house has recently been finished)but also have the shared swimming pool area where there is always the shade of our mature pine and plane trees. During the winter months you can also pick lovely fresh oranges off our trees. There is obviously ample enclosed parking space. Having a car is necessary.
