The beautiful Villa La Dolce Vita is located on the magnificent holiday park ‘Les Jardins du Chateau d’Olonne,’ in the heart of the French Vendée region. It is situated at a mere ten minutes from the seaside town of Les Sables d’Olonne, by far the most chic resort of the Vendée. The villa is of the type “Acacia,” and offers much privacy and luxury. It has two bathrooms and there are three bedrooms, with a total of six beds; there is thus sleeping accommodation for two to three couples or one family. Villa size: around 75 m2 Plot size: around 525 m2 In the garden there is a “Roman style” pool (320 inch long and 60 inch deep). It has underwater lighting and a built-in alarm system, and is heated with energy from solar collectors. As of 2008, it is now also possible to heat it electrically.
