The rural apartment, which is part of a traditional whitewashed house, is on ground level making it a little easier for those with minor mobility problems.
The bedroom has a double bed with double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps and mirror. There is an ensuite walk-in and step-over shower with a washbasin and loo. Casita Marguerita has an open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is typically Andaluz with a good array of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, a 3-ring gas hob, toaster, kettle and a small refrigerator with an ice compartment. The kitchen is freshly stocked with some basics like bottled water, milk, juice, bread, butter, jam, eggs and cornflakes for your arrival. The sitting/dining area has a double sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is also a TV with video player, DVD player, hi-fi system, a selection of CDs, DVDs, books, games and playing cards. Outside is an Andalucian vine-covered patio and a gravelled garden. There is private parking.
The house is situated in a hamlet amongst rolling olive groves, where the three provinces of Córdoba, Granada and Málaga meet, 3 minutes drive from the main road and within 15 minutes from the main motorway which connects to the rest of Andalucia. It is only a short walk to the local bar/restaurant and shop for those emergency supplies. 5 minutes drive south will take you to the village of Tapia with all main amenities and its municipal pool and 10 minutes drive north to the village of Iznájar with all main amenities, its municipal pool, Lake Iznájar and its beach Valdearenas. Pack a picnic or bring a book to spend a lazy afternoon by the local beach away from the hustle and bustle........parking is anywhere you can find a space on the beach!! PLEASE NOTE THAT CAR HIRE IS ESSENTIAL.
Local Area DetailsWe are within easy distances for day trips to the main cultural cities of Andalucia - Córdoba City and The Mezquita, Granada City with The Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada, spectacular Ronda, Sevilla City and The Giralda, Guadix and its cavehouses, Alhama de Granada and its ancient baths and canyon, Alcala la Real in Jaén Province and La Mota Fortress, Málaga and its coasts, Antequera and El Torcal just to name a few. Where we are situated makes birdwatching at Fuente de Piedra or Desfiladero de los Gaitanes (Garganta del Chorro), walking in El Torcal, exploring La Subbetica and the Poniente Granadiño or visiting some of the villages and towns on the Irving Washington Route or the Route of the Caliphs ideal.

| The price quoted is for the PROPERTY PER NIGHT on a self catering basis and includes bedlinen, bath towels (please bring your own beach towels) , gas, electricity and water. MINIMUM STAY of 3 nights at 100Euros irrespective of 1 or 2 persons occupying the property. For stays of 2 WEEKS or more, we offer a REDUCTION on SINGLE OCCUPANCY. Please also ask about our REDUCTION on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY for stays of 6 WEEKS or longer. To secure a booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50Euros the balance to be paid on arrival please in cash in Euros. Changeover Day is flexible, by arrangement and subject to availability. Please note arrival checkin time from 3pm and departure checkout time by noon. Casita Marguerita is offered for holiday let from 1 March to 31 October of each year.
