Prices do not include:
The following costs are to be paid upon arrival to the key holder:
a)Final Cleaning of the Villa, laundering of used linen and maintenance of the Garden: Euro 50.
b) A Refundable Breakage Deposit of Euro 300 is to be handed over to the key holder upon arrival, to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests upon departure.
c) The pool is open in July and August.
d)Winter Heating: Euro 80/week, payable upon arrival to the key holder.
e)Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.
