The apartment is a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor in the Maisons de la Mer complex in Port el Kantaoui close to the marina and to the shops. It can sleep 4 comfortably and is fully air-conditioned. It has been very recently refurbished to a high standard. It also has a large living room with pull-out comfortable double sofa-bed, a small separate kitchenette with fridge and cooking facilities and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. There are two swimming pool areas within the complex, which are free to use and are open from May to October. Many water-sports and other activities are held there over the summer months. It is also close to a private beach. The complex surrounded by its own private gardens is very near to many excellent cafés, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs but is far enough away to ensure a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil environment.
