Our charming house is located in the rural village of Polujubinj, 2 kilometres from Tolmin in the heart of the Soca Valley with panoramic views of the nearby Julian Alps. To the side of the house, behind our barn, there is a garden terrace with a pergola covered with grape vines to shade you from the sun which shines here all day. There is parking for three cars and the village has a local bar. The house has recently been renovated to high standard and is arranged over two floors. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an open planned living room/dining room with a wood burning stove, a single bedroom, a bathroom with a power shower and an utility room with washing machine. The second floor has a master double bedroom, a single bedroom and double bunk bedroom. It also has large family bathroom with an antique cast iron bathtub.
