A magnificent indoor water feature runs along the floor in the middle of the lounge area grace the cool style cozy seating area. Contemporary interiors, antique artifacts, modern sculptures and stylish artwork adorn the walls poise a tropical lifestyle while still having a cosy private luxury home feeling.
All around open plan or large sliding doors with the thatch roof enrich a cool homely ambience. A slight breeze is enough to cool you off without having to jump under the ceiling fans or switch the air condition on.
The free shape private swimming pool with the water slide and a matted gazebo to cool off from the heat plus outdoor shower and a toilet on an artistic man made cave design. The sun loungers are absolutely essential for sunbathing and the all day sun exposure ensure you a gorgeous tan.
The closed 4 air-conditioned spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, an extra ceiling fan, each with a King size bed, dressing table and wooden cupboard connected to an artistic terrazzo style bathroom with the contemporary rain shower, hot water and supplied with necessary amenities. Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Face Towels will change daily if required as well as the linen. A safety deposit box is available.

Laundry is taken daily to the laundry in the neighborhood to be washed, pressed and returned to you immaculate, and for pennies, it’s one of the things you’ll love about going to Bali, no washing or cleaning, all done and you will bring home your clean clothing with the distinctive Bali fragrance.
Massage staff are easily arranged so that you do not even have to leave the villa. At night time the ground is fabulously lit up with blues and greens, absolutely breathtaking. However for it’s the 24 hour total absolute tranquility which is the ultimate pleasure.
The car park out front has room for two cars. A security staff is on duty outside the villa at night.

Reservation Policy:
We require reservations with complete address and contact numbers.
Upon confirmation 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking with the remaining 50% payable 30 days prior checkin date for Low Season or 60 days during High Season.
Payment can be settled by major credit card or wire transfer.
Copy of passport and signed House Rules must be received prior to arrival.
Credit card is required upon arrival at Rumah Santai as a guaranteed damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Low Season:
- A month before arrival date: 10% or 1 night cancellation fee which one is higher.
- Less than a month before arrival date: 20% or 2 night cancellation fee which one is higher.
- A week or less than date of arrival: no refund on the 50% deposit paid.
High and Peak Season:
- 2 months before arrival date: 20% or 2 night cancellation fee which one is higher.
- A month before arrival date: no refund on the 50% deposit paid.
- A week or less than date of arrival: no refund on the full rental paid, unless we get another renter for the same period, then 10% cancellation fee from the full payment received applies. |
