The self contained ground floor has 3 bedrooms all with attached wet-room, Large lounge, well equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine & large sit-out The studios are self contained with large wet-room attached. They are set in tropical country side & surrounded by coconut palms, banana & mango trees. They have their own private terrace ideal for alfresco dining or just wiling away the time watching the numerous birds & butterflies which frequent the area. As the property is in a village environment you can also observe the friendly local people going about their daily work. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a local chef available if required. It is only a short walk to the famous Lighthouse Beach with its many restaurants and shops. The property is well equipped with large fridge/freezers, kettles, toaster & gas hob. Bed linen & towels are changed twice a week with maid service three times per week. Homestay accommodation is also available. Taxis & Auto-rickshaws are readily available for modest cost while local buses stop a short distance from the house. Trivandrum airport is approx. 14kms away while the city centre is about 16kms.
