It is in the perfect location to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break being very near the coast and the South Downs. Built in the grounds of Oak House it offers views of the owners' garden & open fields across to Chichester City Cathedral. There is secure & private car parking with own west facing garden area. It is constructed of solid oak internally and externally with high vaulted ceilings & exposed beams. The total floor area is 270 sq ft comprising open plan living/kitchen area and bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both rooms have full-length patio doors opening onto a south facing patio. There are no steps in the Lodge, making it ideal for wheelchair access or young children. Pets are welcome & our canine visitors always comment on how much they enjoy their walks here! Dog walking & baby sitting services available on request. The prestigious Goodwood Hotel, with its Leisure and Pay & Play Golf Clubs, is a few minutes stroll from the property down a one-way country lane. (The restaurants are open to non-members or non- hotel guests & I can offer guest entrance for use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, gym & spa facilities).
