Apartment ENNA*** is self-catering accommodation (70 m2), sleeps 4 people. It is located in town Svetvinčenat, on the road from Pula to Pazin. The little town of Svetvinčenat is famous for it´s mediaeval Castle (Grimani-Morosini), the best-preserved in Istria, as well as for the renaissance central square. Svetvinčenat town is situated in the middle of the southeren part of Istria, equally distant from the eastern, southern and western coasts. Svetvinčenat is well connected with the world: the highway is only 7 km away, railway station 3 km, airport 25 km, seaport 21 km... Apartment ENNA***, situated in the house built in the beginning of 16th century, has been soundly renovated in 2008, retaining its character whilst providing all modern conveniences. By the Decision of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia, the cottage was given the category of "3*" and licence for renting. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom (with WC, shower cubicle and washbasin) and kitchen with dining area and large fireplace. The apartment has central heating and natural air conditioning system – the walls are of stone over 1 m thick! The apartment is completely furnished with old-style furniture. The traditional materials (wood and stone) as well as methods were used during the renovation of apartment. The kitchen is equipped with necessary electric appliances and cutlery.
