Our property is one of the largest on the resort. Regal Palms is a family friendly resort offering the best in self-catering accommodation with access to all the exciting entertainment that Orlando has to offer.

The property is a four-bedroom townhouse with four bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a wc downstairs. 1 King size master suite with full private bathroom and private balcony. 1 Queen size master suite with full private bathroom and private entrance. 2 further bedrooms with twin beds sharing a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. Living room with comfortable seating for 6, cable TV - Dining area with seating for 6 - Kitchen with all appliances including oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, all utensils are provided. All landline calls to home are covered on the telephone. Washer, drier and ironing board off the upstairs hallway.

All Regal Palms Resort & Spa guests enjoy full access to our resort’s Clubhouse and large tropical swimming pavilion, complete with two sparkling pools, a waterslide and lazy river, heated at a warm 82 degrees in the winter months. Our zero entry pool is ideal for the smaller ones in the family, allowing them to splash and frolic safely.

Older children will enjoy taking wet and wild rides down the resort’s waterslide…over and over again! And enjoy the tide in the lazy river. Lounge on the sunbathing terraces or just relax and soak in the warm Florida sunshine. Cool off and enjoy a refreshing libation poolside.

Don’t forget to reserve time to escape to the outdoor hot tub for a relaxing morning or evening soak. There’s more fun to be had pool side at the children’s playground. Here the little ones can slide, swing and climb to their hearts content. Conveniently located inside the swimming pavilion, a mere stones throw away from the pool.

Enjoy a refreshing tropical beverage and casual meal at our Orlando resort while relaxing on the covered patio, overlooking the sparkling swimming pavilion or venture inside for more private resort dining. The Bamboo Tiki Bar is located inside the Clubhouse and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering guests casual dining at its best. Serving a wide variety of American and European cuisine, with a special menu for kids ages 10 and under including all the kid-favourites.

The Bamboo Tiki Bar, Orlando features a wide variety of liquors, domestic and international beers, ales and lagers.

Not to worry, you'll never miss that important game while enjoying our Orlando resort, the casual dining room broadcasts live sporting events worldwide such as English Soccer, Sky Sports, International Rugby, Golf, American Football, Ice Hockey and other popular sports. Entertainment is also provided on select weekends.

Sunbathers & Pool Goers: The Tiki Bar's walk-up window is always manned for quick bar service. Our doting resort wait staff also makes frequent rounds throughout the swimming pavilion to service guest's drink orders. Soak up the warm Orlando sunshine while sipping on your tropical drink of choice!

Regal palms is located on Hwy27 in Davenport 10 mins from Disney Land, 20 mins from Universal Studios, Sea world Orlando and the International Airport is just 40 mins drive with Sanford 50 mins. LESS than a 2 minute walk from the resort is a large Publix Supermarket selling everything you could possibly need for a villa holiday.
