Our new vacation Villa is located on the knoll, directly at the sea (stairs lead to the private Beach) and all the apartments include terrace with tremendous view to the sea, almost every room in each apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Each spacious apartment (about 60 sq.m.) includes a full-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave), SAT-TV, air conditioning system, cosy living room and a big terrace with stunning sea view, 2 bedrooms, almost all with 1 sea view-balcony, bathroom and separate WC, own secure parking place and the possibility of using barbecue set. Fireplace in every apartment which makes it suitable for sojourn also in early spring, autumn and winter.

About Golfing

The 5 whole golf course is situated in Stobrec (Near Split) a 30 km from villa in Split direction. You have to drive direction Split, shortly before the cross light to Stobrec and TTS, you will see the golf course on your right hand side - there is small road which you have to enter. Club-house-at-Stobrec for this season the golf course has be upgraded with a small clubhouse (with toillets) and a new driving range, everybody are welcome to come and play the course, you don’t need to be member of a golf club else where. The club is open every day in the summer season from 8 AM to 8 PM, you can play at the 5 whole course till 3 PM after that you may only use the driving range. Price for playing at the course is 50 kuna and price for use of driving range is 30 kuna.
