On the golden sandy beach at Walton, near Clacton only just over an hour from London, Seashells is a one bedroom apartment comfortably sleeping 4, with a double bed settee and a huge leather corner sofa in the living room (great to sleep on hence sleeps up to 6!). This apartment has been tastefully and sympathetically restored and offers its guests quality relaxing modern comforts. Huge living area approx 20' x 16' directly overlooking the sea and beach through the huge arched original Georgian sash windows, with feature marble hearth and fireplace, high ceilings, chandeliers, pine flooring, open plan kitchen area, jacuzzi bath with shower and parking. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea in your ears! More a place you would want to live than a rental property!
Local Area DetailsOnly an hours drive from London will bring you to the beautiful yellow sand beaches of the essex coast and Walton on the Naze Seashells is in a short cul de sac right on the beach overlooking the sea through huge arched Georgian windows You can step out of the apartment onto the beach and walk for miles in either direction towards the Naze in one direction and to Frinton and Clacton in the other The local swimming pool with flume is a 2 minute walk just behind the apartment You can fish play golf take a boat trip to see the seal or walk along the pier There is a guest information folder at the flat containing all leaflets from the local Tourist Information office together with the menus for all the local takeawaysorder in restaurants Colchester is the nearest large town where there is a zoo and a castle Please ask for our website address for more details
