Upcott Squire House and holiday annex is set in 24 acres of lawns, farmlands, woods and wildlife ponds, where guests are free to roam at their leisure. The Annex. The guest accommodation is is a self contained annex adjacent to the house and sleeps 2/4 people. The annex has been newly refurbished in keeping with the traditional farmhouse style. The annex has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a very comfortable fully glazed living room with Sky TV, DVD Player, CD Stereo and a double bed settee. The open plan kitchen / diner has an electric cooker, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. One sm,all well behaved dog is welcome.
