Relax and enjoy your holiday in our spacious architect-designed villa on 3 floors in the much sought-after location of Pezenas in the Languedoc area of the South of France. We have aircon, heating, 4 double bedrooms, a large swimming pool, several terrace areas, gardens, a grand piano, and free parking.
We have the top floor available, consisting of the landing, two comfortable double bedrooms, bathroom, and a loggia (enclosed terrace area off the bedrooms). The top floor is only 14 steps up from the ground floor and Leigh's 85 year old parents managed it fine when they last visited!
The rooms are available separately or you can rent the whole floor. There is air-conditioning and heating in each room and we supply towels, bedding, TV, kettle, tea and coffee, and hairdryer.
You have use of your own private terrace on the ground floor where you can have breakfast. Also included in your stay is use of our 9 x 4.5 metre pool before 10.30am and after 3.30pm (times can be flexible for nice people!) Great for cooling off after a hard day's shopping or touring the area!
We have another double bedroom available on the mezzanine floor, so we can accommodate parties of six if required.
Local Area DetailsThe centre of our famous mediaeval town is a very short walk from the villa and we are 25 minutes from the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean to the south and the same distance from the mountains and lakes to the north. The perfect base if you want to soak up the South of France life and remember what living really should be about!
