This is a modern four bedroom, four bathroom villa set in it's own private gardens with a large private swimming pool. There is a fruit orchard with apples, pears, oranges, lemons, avocados, wine apples and almond trees. The large gardens are enclosed with small walls and hedges.
Downstairs in the villa is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a separate dinning room which has a table and 8 chairs. This room has a wood stove which makes dining on a winter evening very cosy.The dining room has patio doors leading to a terrace with a BBQ and tables and 8 chairs and umbrellas for easy dining outside. On the same level is a full bathroom with a twin bedroom.
Upstairs is a large lounge with 3 sofas, 2 coffee tables, TV, DVD and HI-FI. There is a single bedroom with a seperate shower room and two large King size bedrooms both ensuite. All the rooms on this level have patio doors leading to the outside terraces, where there are tables and chairs.
The house has solar panels which heat the water all summer long and there is gas central heating for heating the water and house in cooler weather. Outside the large pool ( 10mx5m)) is surrounded by sun patios and has sun loungers and umbrellas.

Local Area Details

The area is quiet countryside. The nearest restaurant is a 4 minute walk.The house special in this restaurant is Steak on the stone and is quite superb.The bar has a pool table and a football table. There are many cafes and restaurants within a mile and a half of the house and the nearest supermarket is a mere 3 minute drive.And as it is open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm, shopping is no problem.It is an Intermarche shop and stocks everything, similar to Asda or Tesco. The town is a further 1 minute drive and there are two Pharmacies, a Post office, newsagents who also stock English papers, numerous clothes and shoe shops, and shops for souvenirs.
There is horse riding nearby run by an English speaking Dutch lady and in the town there are two tennis courts. The town also has a new indoor swimming pool complex which is open from October - May.
The stunning beaches of Tavira, Faro, Vilamoura and Quarteira are easily accessable by car within 25-30 minutes.There are Shopping Centres in the towns of Faro, Tavira and Guia which are open all day every day.
