Plougonver is a lovely old village with central church, tabacs, post office, general store and two restaurants. Although situated deep in the countryside, the town of Belle Isle en Terre is only a short drive away for supermarkets and shopping etc. The fabulous ruin of the Chateau de Foret an Noz is five minutes away. Just outside the village is a good restaurant with fishing lakes and the whole area is perfect for walking or cycling.
