The house is set in a secluded setting with views to the sea, mountains and countryside. Ideal for peace and quiet. The area behind the house is a protected environment and a lovely place for walking, cycling, picnics etc. A perfect base for mountain climbers. The house is not overlooked, has its own BBQ and terraces. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two twins. There is a cot available. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob etc.

Local Area Details

The house is only two minutes from the village where there are bars restaurants and a large swimming pool. The fruit and veg market is on Friday in the village. It is less than 10 minutes to Terra Mitica Terra Natura and a commercial centre. It is an ideal base for walking hiking canyoning and mountain climbing. Less than 15 minutes and you can be in Benidorm or the beaches of Finestrat or Villajoyosa. There are plenty of golf courses in the area the nearest being less than ten minutes away. There are plenty of places to visit all within a short drive Alicante 30 mins which has the spectacular Santa Barbara Castle Jalon valley where you can sample the local wine the Safari Park picturesque Guadalest and the Fuentes del Algar
