This lovely stone cottage is an excellent sample of local architecture. Set high on a hillside between Skopelos town and South coast beaches, in a rural area known as Pefkias, it is about a ten minute drive (6 km) from the house to Skopelos town, with its quaint shops and traditional waterfront lined with taverns and cafes. Ten minutes in the other direction is the picturesque fishing village of Agnontas and one of the most stunning beaches on the island, Limnonari. Completely private setting, country views, sunny, set amongst pine, olive and fruit trees.
