Sunnyside is a family run 2 bedroomed self catering cottage, surrounded by open countryside abundant in wildlife and boasting stunning views.
The cottage is beautifully furnished, fully insulated, centrally heated by way of a state of the art Air Source Heat Pump, and has the added luxury of a cosy woodburning stove.
To the front of Sunnyside is a gravelled parking area with enough room to park 2 cars, also a seating area.
Cosy open plan living room with leather corner sofa, wood burning stove, freeview digital TV, DVD player, HiFi, WIFI, breakfasting table which seats 4 and fully equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher, double oven, microwave, & double oven.
Double bedroom, Twin bedroom, Traditional bathroom, Boot room/Laundry and external secure store. To the rear is a large enclosed garden with shrubbery, lawned area and large patio with garden furniture ideal for outdoor dining.
Local Area DetailsThe Scottish Borders is one of the truely beautiful parts of our country and has many traditions that are still part of the borderers life today. The local towns festivals are an amazing spectacle and a must see, as are the many Castles, Abbeys, Historic Places and Monuments, that are just a few minutes drive away.
Walking, Fishing, Cycling & mountain biking, Horse riding, Clay pigeon shooting and Golf (village has own 9 hole course) are all on the doorstep

A £75 non returnable deposit is payable at time of booking.
The balance should be paid 4 weeks before your holiday begins.
Late bookings full payment to be made at time of booking.
In the case of a cancellation after the balance has been paid I will refund the balance only if I can re-let the property for the period of your booking.
If I am unable to let the property the balance will be non returnable CHECK IN FROM 3.00PM CHECK OUT BY 10.00AM |
