Bright, fresh and cozy apartment, located along the arcades of the center of Fertilia a few meters from Piazza San Marco. The apartment is located on the first floor of the historic buildings of the township, with an entrance that opens onto a double (or twin) bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a liveable kitchen. Ideal for a stay of two to four people. The thick walls of the building ensure a good thermal insulation by the heat in summer.
The sea is a few tens meters, as well as the marina, while the closest beaches are the Calich beach (800 m) and the Punta Negra beach (around 1 km).
The apartment is in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, away from the crowds and traffic of nearby Alghero, in a strategic position to visit the coast near Alghero, the beaches of the Bombarde and Lazzaretto , Mugoni and Porto Ferro, for the possible excursions in the bay of Alghero and Porto Conte, to visit Punta Giglio and Capo Caccia; moreover it is an ideal location for more distant destinations such as and Argentiera and Stintino, with its magnificent beach La Pelosa.

If you'd like physical activity as a bike ride, the bike path in the direction of Porto Conte is a few hundred meters.
A few meters from the house, connected by bus to Alghero center (line AF), and the bus to the nearby airport Fertilia.
The apartment, located in the heart of Fertilia, is about 800 m from the beach of Calich, 1 km from the beach of Punta Negra, 1.5 km from the beach of Maria Pia, 3 km from the Lido of Alghero, 5 km from the center of Alghero. Therefore, the vehicle, although not strictly necessary (for the stay in Fertilia and nearby beaches), it is recommended to reach Alghero, and in a few minutes to reach the various beaches and making routes.
Thanks to its proximity, in a few minutes it is possible to reach Alghero , where everything is there, from restaurants to the strolls along the ramparts, shops and entertainment.
But do not miss to enjoy the magical, quiet and timeless atmosphere of Fertilia, trying restaurants and pizza places and enjoing a short walk in the small town until Piazza San Marco, overlooking a magnificent view of the near Alghero.

Designed along the lines of Ebenezer Howards garden city Fertilia is perhaps the only town of fascism foundation that preserves the character of the two decades of rationalist framed by lush greenery and nature that recalls and celebrates its name. Strolling through the town amounts to plunge into a metaphysical painting of De Chirico where the rhythm of the arches of the wings of the church and the arcades of Via Pola marked by trachyte pillars identify simple volumes and homogeneous surfaces. The jump of almost seventy years past is not felt given its modern buildings and the creation of large squares and paths that have been able to look at trends and future needs.
