It has an open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, fridge with freezer compartment, full oven and range, toaster, microwave, kettle, matching cutlery, crockery, glassware and a breakfast bar with four stools.

The bathroom is also fully fitted with shower, bath, bidet, washbasin and toilet, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has twin beds, large built-in wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, desktop cooling fan and alarm clock.

The spacious lounge has a coffee table, side table with lamp, dining table and chairs, two sofas, (including one that pulls-out into a comfortable double bed), TV, DVD player, portable stereo and a selections of DVD films and audio CD's for your enjoyment. This leads out onto the balcony where there are patio chairs and a table from which to enjoy stunning views to the the lush tropical gardens of the complex, across the 27-hole PGA golf course to the ocean, the mountains and the snow-capped peak of Mount Teide (low cloud permitting). As the penthouse is on the edge of the complex, there are very few buildings to spoil this near 180 degree view and it is peaceful and quiet.

Local Area Details

The Royal Parque Albatros Club is a superb resort with tropical gardens full of exotic plants, natural rock formations and magnificent palm trees. Wooden decking surrounds the lagoon-style pool and another lovely feature is the waterfall which falls directly into the swimming pool. This is a popular holiday complex for couples, families with children and golfers alike.
Although there is an excellent restaurant on-site, this 5-Star Gold Crown resort is situated a mere 5 minute drive from San Blas centre where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants around a lovely open square. The complex is also just two minutes walk away from several good restaurants, bars and the new marina.
On Golf del Sur there is a 27-hole PGA Championship golf course which is split into three 9 hole links courses. You can bring your own golf clubs or hire them from the Club. Discount on Green Fees for golfers is also available if you have a handicap card from your club. There are also 4 other golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Royal Parque Albatros; Amarilla Golf & Country Club is right next door to Golf del Sur, Golf Los Palos is a 9-hole course on Costa del Silencio about 15 minutes drive, Golf Las Americas is also a 15 minute drive and Golf Adeje is about 20 minutes away just past Playa Las Americas.

LOCAL INFORMATION
Golf del Sur has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. As well as the 27-hole championship golf course, there are tennis courts, gymnasiums, a brand new bowling green and a diving centre located here. A short drive away (or walk if you feel so inclined!!) is the fishing village of Los Abrigos which is renowned for it's excellent seafood restaurants. A little further round the coastline is the wind surfing resort of El Medano with it's wide sandy beach and beachfront bars and restaurants.

GOLF INFORMATION
Ever since its 1987 inaugural event, a competition for professionals, the 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various top international tournaments. In 1995, Golf del Sur hosted the Shell Wonderful World of Golf tournament with its head-to-head battle between Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson. Golf del Sur has also been the setting for two golf driving distance records, both of which were set by Britain's Karl Woodward. First he set a new record of 398 yards and then, a few months later, he managed to break the legendary 400-yard barrier with a huge stroke which sent the ball flying 408 yards. This Tenerife golf course, designed by Pepe Gancedo, is a thoroughly enjoyable layout, where your attention is immediately caught by the black volcanic sand bunkers and the beautiful native plantlife.

BOWLING INFORMATION
The new complex of 'Winter Gardens', next door to Royal Parque Albatros, is the home to the new Tenerife International Bowl Club. During the last decade it has been recognised the world over that lawn bowls, and more notably 'flat green' bowls, as it is most commonly known, has, in many countries, become one of the largest participation sports of the general public as a whole. With this in mind it is hardly surprising that a Bowling Stadium, built to the highest international standards and offering first-class facilities would be a huge success. The green has been designed to the most demanding standards, with 8 rinks of Greengauge carpet over underlay - on a concrete foundation. Top quality materials have been used in preparation to ensure a perfect surface on which to play outdoors, all year round.
