Wake up each morning in this beautifully furnished 4th floor Princeton Place condo in the gated Wiggins Bay and Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club community to the unbeatable view of pristine Tarpon Bay and the Cocohatchee River. You can see the pelicans, ospreys and many other birds as well as the occasional dolphin and manatee whilst relaxing with your early morning beverage on the lanai.
The Apartment has a new King sized bed in the master suite as well as a spa tub and a walk in shower in the bathroom suite. There are also two separate wash basins and a walk in wardrobe. There is Cable TV in the bedroom
The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a full size tub and shower.
The living and dining room has all new furniture as well as a 37" flat screen TV and DVD/CD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has black granite work surfaces and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
There is a well laid out swimming pool for both the energetic or lazy alike, where you can take exercise or just lay back in the warm water and pass the time of day with your neighbours. In season there is a "condo party" arranged most months to enable everyone to get aquainted if they wish.
Temporary membership is available to The Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club which is only 3 minutes walk from the property. Here you can enjoy the benefits of relaxed or Fine Dining, get fit at the Fitness Centre or use the 6 HAR-TRU tennis courts. There is also a resort style swimming pool and TIKI Bar.
In addition, you can use "The Cove Runner" the Club's own private boat for the 10 minute cruise to the Delnor-Wiggins State Park to swim, walk, collect shells,fish,watch the wildlife or just relax on one of the best beaches in the U.S.A..
