The big bedroom (20 sq.meters)has a direct door into the garden and 2 comfortable private bathrooms with shower. Kitchen and living are gorgeous (54 sq.m) and are shared with the owner.(I speak English, German, French.) You have all the privacy that you need. Villa Meraviglia is surrounded by 6 ha land with 700 Olive trees, palms and pine trees are around. There is a own oil press and we make a very tasty organic olive oil (in october). Villa Meraviglia is a low energy house with solar panels. 2 km from the beach, 4 km from Tropea. 2 km Supermarket. The sea water temperature in october - november is 24 - 25 degrees. In august the water temperature is 30 degrees. You can walk downhill to the beach (30 mn) and walk back uphill 45 mn. I have 3 big nice dogs (outside the house). The place is very beautiful, peaceful and quite. You need a car.
