Three Self catering Holiday Cottages set in the tiny hamlet of Greenhouses on the North Yorks Moors National Park,converted from the origional farm buildings retaining the old world character with thick stone walls,exposed beams and red pantile roofs typical of North Yorkshire.
The Cottages sleep from 3 to 6 people and are comfortably and attractively furnished and are centrally heated throughout.
Foxglove and Honeysuckle have in addition solid fuel stoves in their lounges.
All have colour TV`s and the kitchens are well equipped with electric cookers,fridge-freezers,microwave ovens,automatic washing machines and pleasant dinning areas.
There are continental quilts on all the beds and linen for these and towels are provided.
Electricity and fuel is also included in the price,there are no hidden charges,everything is included in the rental price. Outside there are gardens with patio areas and garden furniture.
There is ample parking for cars.Sorry no pets (except for guide dogs).

Local Area Details

The Village of Lealholm is just 1 1/2 miles away,and is in the centre of the Esk Valley.It is a small picturesque village with P.O, shop,Pub,tearooms/restaurant,pottery,garage,garden centre,3 churches and wonderfull countryside walks in all directions.
There are plenty of country inns and reasonably priced eating places in the area.
Greenhouses is less than ten miles from the quaint fishing villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay and the ancient fishing port of Whitby is only 15 min.by car.
Goathland the setting for Heartbeat is about 6 miles from Greenhouses and the North Yorks Moors steam railway runs through the Esk Valley.
