two easy chairs, OR a first floor executive suite (55 sq.m) with a separate lounge tastefully decorated with marine antiques, open plan kitchen, airconditioning and a balcony with sea view, OR a two bedroom apartment (one double bedroom and one with twin beds each with en-suite toilet & basin ans sharing the shower between the 2 bathrooms) a
large separate lounge with open plan kitchen and a patio with sea view, OR a one bedroom apartment with separate lounge (with a sleeper couch),small kitchenette consisting of a microwave, kettle, toaster and small bar fridge, full bathroom plus guest toilet and a patio.
A health breakfast is provided in a fridge in the room, and consists of fresh fruit, orange juice, choice of cereal, muffins,
yoghurt, bread etc.

Local Area DetailsWe are located in a secure and tranquil residential suburb south of Durban overlooking the Indian Ocean, 15 kms. from the centre of town, 10 minutes from the airport, and two minutes walk from a quiet beach.
There are 3 beaches, 4 small shoping centres, a golf course, horse riding, tennis, bowls, Virgin Active Gym, all major banks, and several take- aways plus a couple of restaurants all within a 5 minute walk.
