The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with microwave, 4 plate hob, fridge, china, cutlery, glassware & cooking pots for 6 persons. There is a table and chairs, a settee & 2 armchairs, a TV (French) & hifi system. At the bottom of a flight of stairs is another double bedroom with bathroom and a petite maison with double bed & shower. These 2 bedrooms can be used with the apartment for larger groups. That gives this gite 2 options. The price reflects this. There is a patio with garden furniture, a vine covered BBQ & a heated pool surrounded by a large safe garden to relax in.
Local Area DetailsWe are surrounded by farmland and vineyards but are close to small charming towns like Saumur and Angers. These 2 towns are very French with chateaux on the river Loire, good resturants, markets, shops, parks & sports facilities. This region is Anjou Rouge and Rose wine producer. There are lots of large and small vineyards to visit and taste the wine. Saumur is the centre of the top equestian military school with horse events from time to time. So all tastes are catered for in this region for all ages.
