If cooking is in your vacation plans, the gourmet kitchen with cooking island is just for you. It includes top-of-the-line appliances: side-by-side refrigerator with ice-and-water dispenser, range, dishwasher, microwave oven, stand-alone ice maker - you’ll never run out of ice!- water filtration system, garbage disposal, food processor, electric mixers and other small appliances. Quality cookware, flatware and dishes make preparing a meal a culinary event. Glassware includes Margarita, martini, iced tea and cut glasses; wine chiller, candle holders, placemats, table cloths and linen napkins are available to set the mood for relaxing and dining.

A spiral oak staircase leads to the loft bedroom with queen-size bed, TV, chest of drawers, skylight and adjoining two-piece bath. A separate heating and cooling system provides extra comfort. A third bedroom on the main floor has twin beds. Two rollway beds are available as needed.
