Our apartment is on a private development with lovely landscaped gardens with two swimming pools and paddling pools.
The apartment is very spacious with plenty of natural light. it is fully furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout.
The master bedroom has a double bed,dressing table,fitted wardrobes in a dressig area leading to the en suite bathroom which has a bath shower and bidet.There is a patio door leading onto the balcony which gets the morning sun.
The second bedroom has twin beds dressing table fitted wardrobes with a fully fitted bathroom adjacent to it.It has double aspect full length windows which allow the sun in all day.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven hob kettle toaster fridge-freezer and dishwasher with utensils cutlery crockery and glasses provided.There is a utility room with washing machine and drying area.
The living-dining room is very spacious with a bed settee and second settee to allow 6 people to sit comfortably.The double patio door leads to the balcony which has patio furniture to allow for al fresco meals.The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs with a full length window which lets in the afternoon sun.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. There is also a ceiling fan in the living area for extra comfort.
The complex has a secure underground carpark with a reserved parking space for people using the apartment.
The complex benefits from 24-7 security surveilance for added peace of mind.
There is maid service once a week or more often if requested.
We recommend hiring a car but if you prefer not to drive then we can arrange airport transfers if requested at the time of booking.

Local Area Details

Nueva Andalucia has cafes restuarants shops bank and an excellant supermarket at hand and is close to Puerta Banus.It is a quiet area but close to all the facities you will need.Puerta Banus is the Monte Carlo of Spain. It has a sandy beach, the famous marina,designer shops the El Corte department store,sophisticated nightlife and varied restaurants to suit all tastes and of course the casino.Marbella is a short distance away and Estepona with its stunning beaches is 15 minutes away.Gibralta is well worth a visit and is a 30 minute drive.There are the lovely White villages of Ronda.Coin and many others worthy of a visit.The Sierra Nevada mountains are two hours away for winter skiing. There are 17 golf courses in the Aloha Golf valley in Nueva Andalucia. Horse riding tennis swimming water sports surfing wind surfing fishing clubbing and sun bathing are all on offer.
