Home away from home as most of our guests say. This small B&B in the heart of the canal area of Amsterdam's city center is truly a quiet retreat.

All the home comforts as well as many extra's. The house, a Listed monument from the 18th century, of a typically small merchants house has been renovated with all the modern comforts. The rooms are furnished with a accent on the home feeling with large bathrooms some with a bath and shower. The guestroom in the loft has a very special atmosphere.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for guests, to make themselves a cup of coffee/tea or warm something up to eat. The roof terrace, where, when the weather permits you can have breakfast, or just relax and have a drink after a long day of wandering through the streets of Amsterdam. You will be given a key to come and go as you wish. Just be yourself and enjoy our home.

Local Area Details

We are located near all the tourist sites of Amsterdam. Just minutes away from the Dam Square and Palace of Amsterdam. The Noorder Market is just around the corner as well as the Anne Frank House. The Jordaan the area famous for all the small shops, cafes and tiny streets is almost on the doorstep. The Herenstraat has its share of small shops of all types as well as a few good restaurants. Most of the Museums and other tourist sites are an easy walk from here.
