The villa is divided into two floors. Accommodation comprises: 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8, maximum 4 adults) 2 shower rooms (one of which accessible from outside), one large dining/sitting room with fireplace, kitchenette. Total living area 120 square metres. The villa also has the benefit of 2 large verandas (90 square metres between the two) one of which with sea views, the other one with built in barbecue and al fresco dining area. One of the bedrooms have sea views and 2 have doors to the veranda. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. The garden also offers the benefit of off-street parking for several cars and 2 very nicely tiled outside showers with hot and cold water. Apart from the tennis court, there is also a professional tennis table available for our guest.

Local Area Details

Torre delle Stelle is a lovely village situated halfway between Cagliari (Sardinia's main town) and Villassimius (South Sardinia most renowned holiday resort). The distance from both is of about 20 km. The village has its own shopping centre, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, cash machine, internet point, and souvenir shop. The villa is located at only 20 m from the shopping area of Torre delle Stelle. For opening times during the low and the mid season, please ask for details. A variety of restaurants where typical Sardinian and/or Italian food is served are also at just a few minutes drive away from the village. Other amenities in the village include: diving centre, tennis courts, football and basketball grounds, playground. Just outside the village gates there is also an equestrian centre.
