4 beautiful spacious houses in La Colonie. one house for 4 persons (75 m2), two for 6 persons (110 m2) and one bigger house for 7 persons (110 m2). Every house has a own seat with beautiful view and an own seat at the inner court by the swimming pool. The terrain arround La Colonie is 6 ha. Right from the property you will find a meadow. Next to the property you will find several monumental trees. On the inner court is a swimming pool of 6x12 m. It?s lovely to sit infront of your house with a glass of wine and to see the sunset. With the sound of birds and frogs on the background. With a little luck you will see the owl flying over the field and don't forget about the lovely small bats cut capers. There is a very cosy market in Samatan every Monday who is devenitly worth visiting. Glorious enjoying of the peace and the nature, just live as a god in France. We love to welcome you in La Colonie.

This gîte has a living (TV satellite), 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, terrace at the front of the house and a terrace near the pool.
Local Area DetailsLa Colonie is situated in grounds measuring 6 hectares. There is a lounging area to the right of the building and various monumental trees adjacent to it. A 6 x 12 m swimming pool is located in the courtyard. In the evening you can sit outside the house, glass of wine in hand, and watch the sun go down with the twitter of birds and croak of frogs in the background. With a bit of luck you might even glimpse the owl fly across the field and bats flitting in the dusk. Every Monday there is a colourful market in Samatan that is definitely worth a visit.
