Accomodation consists of: Ground floor-spacious open plan lounge with sofa,chairs and TV, opens at front to a comfortable verandah overlooking communal garden.Open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining room with gas/electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,and all necessary utensils.Dining table with 6 chairs,iron and ironing board.Toilet and wash basin.
There is a large patio at rear with shower outside useful after swimming.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single bedrooms which can take an extra folding bed.The bouble bedrooms have airconditioning.All bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.There is also a bathroom with bath,shower,wash basin,WC and washing machine.

A 25% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance 28 days prior arrival.If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior arrival, payment to be made in full.Prices include the use of airconditioning.Please bring your own beach towels.
