This is a brand new 45 x 20 Pathfinder ex Show Home (2003) so is of a luxury standard. It has 2 bedrooms (one large family room with double bed and bunkbeds) and another room with a double bed. There is also a fold out bed in the sun lounge should you require additional sleeping arrangements. The sun lounge is a stunning feature of the property; it runs along the whole of one end of the building with large windows and patio doors that open onto the veranda.

There is a TV / Video and a selection of family video tapes for you to use along with a selection of games and books. The Lodge is UPVC double glazed and has LPG Gas central heating. It also has a family bathroom with shower, seperate dining area and a luxury fully fitted kitchen. You will need to bring your own towels, pillowcases and sheets. We provide duvets / blankets and bedcovers.

We have received a Quality Assessment from the South West Tourism department that said "A brand new park home finished to a high standard. There are two double bedrooms, a very spacious lounge / diner with an archway to an equally spacious sunroom. Furnishings are to a high standard. The garden is fenced and grassed and parking is to the front".

Local Area Details

St Merryn Holiday Village is conveniently located on the outskirts of the Village of St Merryn and is within easy reach of the main A30 route, Newquay, Wadebridge and, of course, Padstow. The parish of St Merryn is unique in boasting seven unspoilt, life-guarded beaches on its coastline. There are three golf courses in the vicinity, designated cycle paths and moorland walks. Coastal pathways overlook some of the finest stretches of scenery found in Cornwall, together with an abundance of wild flowers in the spring, summer and autumn. St Merryn has good village amenities with a post office, public houses, doctors' surgery, garage, butchers, bakery, newsagent and grocery shops including off-licence premises.

The St Merryn Holiday Village occupies a wonderful position as there are seven stunning bays all within a few miles. The village itself is subject to a major investment plan and will boast a new club house, bar, restaurant and shops later in 2003. The site has large areas of open green space and is carefully landscaped with Cornish walls and flower beds.
