Villa Rocce is an enchanting Villa in a beautiful countryside in the wellknown Todi area. From the villa there is a splendid view on the play of the hills visibles for miles aways.The garden is gladded by hundered red roses which release precious parfums.From the great pool seems to be inside nature all surrounded by sunflowers , golden grains fields ,feeling to swim in the little private lake below.The house has an amazing salon with dining area and a very large and well-equipped kitchen with nice greek marbles, lot of facilities and a large openfire.In front of the kitchen there is an helpful laundry.In the office you find the internet connection. Upstairs there are 4 spacious bed rooms all with cute ensuite bathrooms.All the rooms have king size beds and 2 of theme have also 2 sofa-beds for extra friends or children.Villa Rocce can accomodate 8 up to 12 people.
Local Area DetailsFrom Todi are reachable the lovelies medieval towns of Umbria known to be the heart of Italy and famous for the splendid landscape , for art and culture.But Umbria is also very known for good wines and tasty olive oil. The food is also very genuine with an ancient and never bygones tradictions.

Lots of areas of outstanding natural beauty to ramble throughs as well as some routed walks around lakes.Walks to suit all capabilities.
