Property Details of Santorini House
Villa Marily is a very nice, traditional Santorinian cave house, situated in Imerovigli village, on the Caldera.
The villa has a very nice lay out and is ideal for couples or families or even a group of friends. It is comprised of two bedrooms (one is outside the main house, totaly private) with double beds and a living room with two single built-in beds/sofas. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with stoves and oven, and a bathroom.
The villa can very comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.
Outside, the 85sq.m veranda provides unobstructed view of the Aegean sea, the volcano and Thirassia island.
Villa Marily is near the walking path so there aren’t many steps to reach it, approx. 35 easy steps. But it will be difficult to approach, if the use of wheelchair is needed.
There are restaurants near the house and a near-by car park.
Mini markets and liquor stores are only 80 meters away and so is the bus stop.
The villa is approximately 20-25 minutes by foot from the capital town of Fira, or 3 minutes by bus or car.
The prices include BREAKFAST (items).

Additional InformationAbout TransportNear the house there is a bus stop, approx. 150 metres away.
With the bus it takes around 20 minutes to reach Oia without changing bus anywhere.
It takes around 5 minutes to reach the capital of the island, Fira. But if you want to go anywhere further than the capital, towards the Southern side of the island, you will need to change buses in Fira.
About General EntertainmentThe capital is only about 20 minutes walk from the house and that's where most of the nightlife is. This is the liveliest place to go and have fun at.
Of course there are nice bars on the beach side too.
Near the house there are NO bars/clubs so you don't have to worry about noise.
The nearest restaurants to the house are 1 minute walk.
About SailingThere are many options for someone to sail inside the Caldera, around the volcano. There are Catamarans, fishing boats, sailing boats and speed boats that can take you around the volcano and nearby islands. We can offer you any information that you may need. Just get in touch with us.
About Family ActivitiesFamily acitivities can include, sightseeing, walk through the historic and traditional towns around the island, go to the beach and have fun with water sports or just play in the sea.
About Local AttrcationsLocal attractions include a volcano tour or a visit to the excavation site of Akrotiri, where the buried from the ash town is.
There is also ancient Thira up on the mountain that someone can visit. Also museums are very important to visit, especially the Prehistoric museum in Fira and the Archaeological museum.
