Set on two levels our home is beautifully furnished and fully air conditioned. With large open plan lounge having 52" large screen tv and vcr/dvd player and additional family room with tv and vcr.

There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee perculator and the adjacent dining area provides access to the pool and deck area.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has large opening doors to the pool, as well as a full en suite bathroom with his n hers washbasins, large shower, tub/bath toilet and large walk-in closet. It also has the added advantage of a private sitting area with wicker sofa and chair. Just the place to relax in peace and quiet.

There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor one with queen size bed and two with twin beds. With one of those of course being the Mickey Mouse Bedroom.

There is also a family bathroom with washbasin, bath/shower and toilet and a laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

If you have very young children a travel cot/crib and highchair are provided with our compliments.

The pool area is fully screened and has a covered porch, table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as sun loungers for soaking up some of that Florida sun.

Lindfields is only 4 miles from Disney World and well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and all Disney Theme Parks - very close to a great "back" road into the Disney area cutting out huge amounts of traffic. So close that you can enjoy the parks in the morning, come back to the villa for a relax and swim in the pool and then head back to the parks.

Situated on the 192 in Kissimmee, easily accessible from Orlando, Sanford and Tampa Airports.

With its quiet surroundings and mature landscaping, it is a truly relaxing area to take a holiday, there are both residential and holiday rental homes.

There is a golf course, Orange Lake, opposite the entrance.

A Publix supermarket only 1.5m away and many restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Outback Restaurant, Ponderosa, Shoneys, Dennys, Sizzler and MacDonalds all within a couple of miles.

to name a few - most of the streets have English connections as this was one of the first estates to be built (hence its proximity to Disney) and the builders wanted to make the English feel at home but in Floridian surroundings!

A quiet, and well established community that continues to mature, like a fine wine, over time. Close to Disney, but just far enough away to keep it's warm and enchanting welcome.

DIRECTION FROM NAPLES AIRPORT TO SORRENTO Once your have cleared customs, report to the relevant car rental desk with your car hire voucher And current driving licence. The car rental desks situated just outside the arrival hall of Terminal 1. Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 have to walk approx. 500m to Terminal 1. Drive out of the airport and turn right (obligatory). Take the 2nd turning on your left, green signpost direction Salerno A30. Fo low signs for Salerno A30 and you will enter the ring road (tagenziale). Take the 2 nd exit on your right (approx. 2 Km) signpost A3 Salerno -Reggio C. This slip road joins motorway, passing Naples on your right hand side. A further 6 Km and you will approach paytoll booths, cost is € 1,20. Do not use channels marked Telepass or Viacard. Proceed on motorway for 18 Km. Exit motorway at Castellammare di Stabia (just after Pompei exit). Turn left at the mini roundabout, following blue signs for Sorrento, after approx. 2 Km climb onto flyover and veer to the left (SS 145). Pass through 2 tunnels leading you onto the coastal road to Sorrento. Enter into the 3rd tunnel (by-passing the town of Vico equense ), after approx. 6 Km you will reach the village of Meta. Continue on the main road (Corso Italia ) through Meta, then Piano di Sorrento, Sant'Agnello and into Sorrento (once under the bridge). Distance from Naples airport is approx. 50 Km Approx. driving time from airport 1-hrs.
