The house is only a 10 minute stroll to the river perfect for fishing, kayaking, swimming or enjoying a picnic by the riverside. On the first floor is a large double bedroom with beautiful country views and old beams, a single bedroom and large bathroom with large shower, spa bath and toilet. Access off this floor onto a large wooden balcony with further seating. The third floor consists of another double and single bed with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and a further seating area with TV and games cupboard. A perfect area for the children or friends to stay. From here there are far reaching views of the valley down to Tolmin. Throughout the house there are many character features like exposed wooden beams, a stone fireplace, original wooden floorboards and antique furniture creating a rustic and cosy living space. But with a modern kitchen and bathrooms you can enjoy the best of both worlds. The whole house has FREE WIFI access perfect if you need to keep in touch with home or to check your e-mail if you cannot leave it behind!. Outside is a lovely secure private garden and seating area where you can enjoy dining alfresco and even a hand built stone bbq. There is off road parking for 2 cars. If you continue up the road past the house you will find yourself in the Triglav National Park at the base of mount Krn. Here it is possible to enjoy the wonders of mountain hiking taking in the flora and fauna or just enjoy a cool beer at the Kuhinja Planina Mountain Hut and take in the spectacular views.
