The property is located within a very popular & friendly holiday destination of Carvoeiro. It has its own private driveway and patio area for plenty of sunbathing (2 x sun loungers provided) and also a roof-top-terrace offering all day sun which provides panoramic views of the cliff tops, golden beaches and the deep Blue Sea. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with all new furnishings and equipment which provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people. Car hire is not essential as everything can be found within the town which offers an extensive selection of bars, restaurants, chemists, car hire, souvenir shops, food shops and also off-licences. Carvoeiro is located West of Faro Intl Airport which is only a 40 minute drive and 15 minute drive from the Algarve Shopping centre. Great for holidaymakers of all ages, families, couples & golfers. Changeover day Commencement and finish days of your holiday are totally flexible although check-in should be no earlier than 2pm with departure time being no later than 10am. If this does not fall within your flight times please contact owner for arrangements. Accommodation Bedrooms: Master bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobes, bed side tables, storage and a hair dryer. Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink with underneath storage and mirror. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and fan, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, sink, cupboard space and all cutlery, crockery and essential equipment included. Ironing board and iron also provided. Living Rooms: Includes satellite television, wireless internet access TV and also a DVD player. Brand new corner-settee-sofa bed which pulls out and can sleep two. Other: Private terrace and parking area located just outside the french doors of the apartment which includes 2x sunloungers and also 4 chairs and a table. The apartment is south facing which gets all day sun. Cleaning/towels linen/maid service: Plenty of towels and linen provided. Maid service on arrival and departure (or once weekly if staying for longer than a week). Extra maid service can be available anytime at extra charge. Beach towels are also provided. Notes on accommodation A heater and cooling fans are available in this property if needed. The property and location is perfectly suitable for couples and small families, young and old! Outside The private patio and driveway is accessed from double French doors with 4 chairs and tables. There is also a roof-top-terrace which can be accessed from the stair case at the back of the property and can be used to sunbathe, eat or drink or just sit back, relax and view the panoramic scenery of the golden beaches, bright blue sea, cliff tops and the rest of Carvoeiro. Coast/Beach The Algarve is renowned for its lovely Golden Beaches. There are several beaches in Carvoeiro with the main beach which is 10 Minutes walking distance from the accommodation which also offers a beach bar and many snack bars. Golf Carvoeiro offers 3 popular Golf courses all within close proximity of each other: There are two 18-hole golf courses at the Pestana estate (Gramacho & Vale De Pinta) and a 9-hole course (Vale De Milho) all located in Carvoeiro. Also several other courses which are 20-30 mins drive of Carvoeiro. Travel Car hire is not essential, as there are plenty of airport transfer from the Airport, including Taxis, buses and also a very cheap airport Transfer shuttle bus (If the Airport Transfer is required please contact the owner for additional information and rates. Alternatively there are plenty of car hire companies at the airport. However, it is highly recommended to pre-book car hire to get it at discounted rates (If Car hire is required please contact the owner for cheap car hire rentals) Further details Just outside Carvoeiro is one of the best water slide parks in Europe. Booking notes A £150 deposit will be required immediately after requesting your holiday dates, for any damage or breakages which may occur. The deposit will be refunded after inspection. Full booking payment must be paid promptly within 4 weeks prior to arrival. If booking after the 4 week period then full amount is required.
