The comfortable Country House Acquaviva is located in Loro Piceno between the Adriatic sea and the Appennini bordering Marche and Umbria, in a piece of land with vineyard, olive trees and plenty of fruit trees, half way between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines. It is in a southern position overlooking a scenic view of the Sibillini range and the Laga Mountains between the provinces of Fermo and Macerata. It offers a wonderful view of the small villages scattered on the top on the undulating hills which characterize the Region Marche and of the Sibillini Mountains with its natural Parks. What you will find The Country House Acquaviva is a three floor countryside house, recently restored, it has three entrances easily accessible from the main path and from the secondary ones. On the central floor there are the two Apartments Appennino and Sibilla (100 sqm. and 44 sqm.) with autonomous entrances, accessible without the use of stairs from the main path. It accommodates from 6 to nine people plus children beds. The Appennino apartment has two double bedrooms, with a further double bedroom if requested; the two apartments can be used as a single unit in the case of groups and families made up of friends. The apartment Appennino has a large sitting room-kitchen with an adequate space to contain a number of people more than double compared withn the number of available beds. The third apartment, La Priora, is situated on the Swimming floor below. You can reach it with or without stairs, it has a double bedroom with two more beds. The kitchens of the three apartments have gas cookers, with a thermocouple security system, and they are fully equipped. The bedrooms have air conditioning and heating, which you can regulate autonomously; each bedroom is provided with radio and LCD TV Sat, ADSL connection for your computer. All guests can use: the multipurpose hall (130 sqm.), and, on the swimming floor, the fitness area. You can visit the cellar and taste the wines produced by the countryhouse. Outside the swimming pool, terraces, and outdoor services (except the ones belonging to each apartment The Appennino aprtment has an autonomous entrance. The three double rooms have air conditioning, private service, TV Sat and connection for your computer. The third double bedroom, has two bathrooms one for disabled and it leads to he multipurpose room. The apartment is provided with two terraces (40 + 30 sqm.) directly accessible from the sitting room. In the sitting room-kitchen (85 sqm.) there is a fully equipped kitchen to practise you art in cooking, with microwave, 5 point cooker, electric oven, fireplace (included wood), barbecue and outside oven. The same sitting room can be used to relax comfortably with a LCD large screen TV Sat, the Hi-Fi stereo with surround system of great level ( Marantz amplifier). The swimming pool (with spillway 9 x 5,5 x 1,40 m) in a southern position and night lit, is situated in the middle of a wide scenic terrace , with sun beds and sun umbrellas.It is provided with 4 hydromassages and a children’s a space, it is open from May to September. Lying in the four hydromassage positions you can count under the sun rays the little historical centres* of the surrounding territory similar to jewels which make the Marche countryside like an amphitheatre surrounded by the peaks of the Sibillini: Vettore, La Priora, Castel Manardo, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo tre Vescovi, Pizzo Meta. The two terraces of the Appennino apartment (40 e 30 mq.) have a southern position, the patio ( covered south-west position, 40 mq.) and the garden belong to the Sibilla apartment and you can reach them directly from your bedrooms, sitting room and kitchens. They are all equipped to cook in the open air (with barbecue , wood-burning oven , tables, benches and a lawn swing ). Everybody can use all the field (13000 sqm.), with the vegetable garden and its season products, with paths, terraces and benches scattered under the olive trees, the cypresses and the fruit trees.
