Final cleaning: Euro 70 - Refundable Breakage Deposit: Euro 300 - Winter Heating is effected with electric heaters and is metered - Arrival time is set between 17.00 hrs and 19.30 hrs. Later arrival should be communicated to owners 48 hours prior to arrival day. Late arrivals will entail overtime (25 Euro per hour of delay). Departure time is set between 08.00 and 09.30 AM. Earlier departure times should be communicated to owners 48 hours before departure day, and will entail overtime (25 Euro per hour ). Please bring your own beach towels.
