Coupeville Washington is a quaint town on Whidbey Island in northern Puget Sound. It is the home of the Penn Cove Mussel Farm, the country capital and Penn Cove a deep cove which 100 years ago was a major port for marine activity. Coupeville today has its historic charm with its downtown shops and the famous pier that stretches more then 500 feet into Penn Cove. A vibrant arts community is alive on Whidbey Island as well and the Coupeville Arts center is always busy with activity.
