The apartment was recently completely renovated. Everything is new, neat and tidy and, as you can see from the pictures, it has been furnished in a modern and high quality style. It consists of a double bedroom (queen-size bed), a living room with a very comfortable double sofa (queen-size bed), a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee/espresso machine, gas stove with microwave, fridge/freezer unit, hot water boiler as well as all the other necessary appliances. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning, parquet, washing machine, cell phone with rechargeable Italian SIM card (for journeys of at least two weeks), 2 LCD TVs, Sat TV; ADSL Wi-Fi internet connection keeps you in touch with your family and friends. The place is very quiet and safe day and night: an ideal residence for one couple or a family up to 5 (one more bed can be added), wishing to enjoy either short or long stays. The bedroom has been soundproofed to provide you with a peaceful stay. The treatment's friendly and helpful and we're always trying to make our guests feel good.
