Watery Fowls is a privately owned, purpose built holiday bungalow on the quiet 'Rosecraddoc' site, near the village of St. Cleer, just north of Liskeard in Cornwall.

The bungalow offers comfortable accommodation for up to six people, with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. It has a spacious lounge, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with shower and separate toilet. Outside is a car parking space and a small lawned garden, the boundary to which is the narrow River Seaton. The view from the rear of Watery Fowls is over woodland. The garden also includes a patio, ideal for those �al-fresco� meals and drinks.
The location is very peaceful with the sound of the stream making for a relaxing atmosphere. This is NOT an 18-30 style holiday venue�, quite the opposite, giving you that feeling of getting away from it all. Many of the attractions of Cornwall are within easy reach by car. Local Area Details

Although Watery Fowls is a wonderful place to �get away from it all� and to spend time in a peaceful and relaxing environment, it is also well situated as a �centre� from which to visit some of the many attractions in South-East Cornwall and South-West Devon. Plymouth is just a 40 minute drive away, with the National Marine Aquarium, the Barbican and the Hoe, the Plymouth Dome and the Theatre Royal. The Tamar Valley offers many quiet retreats, as well as places such as Cotehele House and the Quay at Calstock.
For golfers, St. Mellion is just a 20 minute drive away and plenty of other courses are within easy reach.
Of course, the Eden Project will top the list for many visitors and 'Watery Fowls' is well situated, just 25-30 minutes away by road.
