Our spacious Villa has been newly remodeled with care and Architectural Digest taste with Bali's textiles, bespoke teak furniture, art and a mature garden. The main villa, rooms, suites and infrastructure have been built to the standards you would expect at home. Our staff provides 5 star service. The owners give personal concierge services. The Villa: Each one of the 5 newly remodelled and decorated bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. Two bedroom are located upstairs in the Main house and 3 bedrooms are by the pool with doors opening onto the veranda. The pool suites are each 60 sq meters, with extra sofas, suitable for children or a 3rd person. The guest rooms are fresh and clean. The new King coil mattresses with pillow tops and 800 thread count linens will give you a great night's sleep.The beds can be twins or put together for a king. Location: We offer five-star concierge service at 3 star prices in the privacy of a colonial residence within the safety of high walls and a hidden gate right off one of the main streets, in vibrant Seminyak. Walk out the gate, get a taxi, day or night, or walk to restaurants and boutiques, really 5 minutes walk to the beach. We are located across the street from the beach and adjacent to Bali’s best hotels, restaurants and boutiques. A masseuse can be at the villa within a matter of minutes, or have dinner delivered from a nearby restaurant to be enjoyed on the veranda overlooking the grounds and pool. The villa is located in a very nice part of Seminyak, no cows next to our villa, or garbage dumps behind the walls. Our back wall is shared with villa at The Club at the Legian, where the rentals as 2-3000 USD per day. Staff, Services, and Meals: Our devoted staff of 5 includes a wonderful cook, who will make Balinese, Thai, vegetarian, or Western food, that you choose from our menu, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You give the cook money to shop, Puri Dana adds 20% to your food bill to cover kitchen consumables: oxygenated and filtered water, gas, spices,napkins, etc. We wash all of our veggies, fruits in special oxygenated water. Our kind and efficient staff will go to store for you. Guests give the staff petrol money about 50cents for each errand. You don't need to rent a car here, though some of our younger guests rent scooters. For longer trips, we can arrange one of our trusted drivers to take you on day trips around Bali.To get to our villa, you travel on a well-paved road. To get a taxi, you just walk out the front gate. The Legian Hotel across the street has security guards who will hail a taxi for you as well. We have in-house massages given by experienced Balinese ladies. You do not have to do anything except let us take care of you! We also have a laundry service. Seminyak: Over the past few years the Seminyak area has evolved dramatically surpassing the Kuta and Legian areas for a high-end beach lifestyle by playing host to the best boutique shopping and restaurants in Bali, offering a diverse range of products that ranges from artifacts, clothing to gourmet foods to home furnishings.
