Property Details of Sporades Villa

Situated on a farm very close to the town of Skopelos (2Km), a traditionally designed country house has been purpose built.

Equipped with all necessary comforts and facilities, ideal for family or business purposes.

There are many olive trees in the area providing some shade and the wonderful climate can encourage a more healthy way of life, no humidity, noise or pollution.

Our villa has a private pool.

The house includes two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a living room with fire-place.
There is air-condition which is force 18000 BTU.

There is also TV with satellite reception and Hi-Fi with CD player and it allocates radio receptor.

In the kitchen there is a refrigerator,
cooker,and cupboards up and under the sink you will find all the essential utensils for the cooking.
Clothing: We replace bath towels and bed sheets every 3 or 4 days. If there is a need we can give you extra towels before the reported period.



Swimm Pool: We take care of the pool water. We clean the bottom, and filter the water every 2 days 7.30 in morning. We do the Ph test every 3 days. We fill the pump with chemicals once a week. The pool refresh system is automatic.
