Local Area DetailsNormandy landing beaches about 40mins. watersports at Clecy, riding about 3 miles away. Indoor aquatic centre at Thury Harcourt 5 miles. Swiss Normandy about 1/2 hr drive with spectacular scenery. For miniture rail enthusiasts there is a large lay-out at Clecy. Bayeaux is 25 mins away. Caen with museums concert hall etc.
