The apt has 2 double bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) 1 full bathroom(en-suite) 1 shower room,fully equipped kitchen,comfortable lounge/diner leading onto balcony.The pool is a "proper" swimming pool and shared by 18 other properties,many residents, it is very secure and can be kept an eye on from the rear of the apartment.The apt. is on the top (3rd.) floor with a lift.The owners use this property themselves and have furnished and provided everything accordingly.It is approached up a short steep hill and thus is not suitable for those with walking difficulties, without their own transport. We can arrange airport taxi service to the door, or recommend car hire. This property is ideal for those wishing to chill out; have an active family holiday; or dance the night away!

The village has everything for your needs-2 supermarkets,several tapas bars and quality restaurants for all pockets,and to suit all tastes ,newsagent with English papers,off licence etc. There is a regular bus service to the coast and the nearby train station.The busy resorts of Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena Costa with it's beautiful award winning marina are only 1 1/2-3 miles away. Golf is abundant (the apartment overlooks Torrequebrada golf course) , there is a gym in the village,and a bullfight most Sundays.For children there are nearby aquaparks, Tivoli amusement park, Selwo Park, go-karting and the beach!Day trips by coach or car can be made to historical cities such as Granada ,Seville,Cordoba,& Ronda. Gibraltar is 1 1/2 hrs by car and the jet set resort of Puerto Banus 45 mins.The ski slopes of The Sierra Nevadas are 2 1/2 hrs.The much visited village of Mijas is our neighbour.
