VILLA GIOVANNA is a gracious two-story villa situated at a few km from Sorrento with splendid views of the sea and the gulf of Naples. It sleeps 12 people (8+4 on sofa bed). Villa Giovanna has 220 square meters. It has four bathrooms. From villa Giovanna you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the hills of Sorrento. Once entered, you can park the car and climbed around 20 stairs you will reach the entrance of the villa. Ground Floor The first living room is equipped with a large sofa and a small table. It has a large window that overlooks the sea and the Mount Vesuvius. From here, through a spiral staircase, you will be able to access the terrace and the swimming pool. Near the first living room, there is a half bathroom. The first bedroom has one matrimonial bed and a private terrace with a splendid view of the sea.The terrace is equipped with sun beds. The second bathroom has the shower. The second living room is equipped with one double sofa bed, table, chairs and armchairs. From the living room you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. First Floor You will be able to reach the first floor taking an internal staircase (about 10 stairs) from the ground floor. The third living room is equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, a double sofa bed and TV. From the living room you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea. You will be able to access the terrace and the swimming pool from the living room through a French door. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a microwave, the oven, a dishwasher, the refrigerator with freezer and an Italian coffee maker. The second bedroom has one bunk bed (recommended for children) and an en-suite bathroom with shower where you will find the washing machine as well. The third bedroom has two single beds. You will be able to access the terrace and the swimming pool from the bedroom through a French door. The fourth bedroom has one matrimonial bed. You will be able to access the terrace and the swimming pool from the bedroom through a French door. The fourth bathroom has the tub and the shower. The terrace with the swimming pool is 100 square meters and has splendid views of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for 12 people, barbecue, sun beds and umbrellas. Villa Giovanna is perfect for family holidays or large groups.
